## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive enterprise BI strategy and analytics delivery to enable data-driven decisions across Matrix. You will modernize reporting, scale analytics capabilities, and lead a high-performing BI team while partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, Clinical, Finance, and Leadership. You will guide AI-enabled analytics adoption to automate insights and create intelligent workflows. This is a chance to shape analytics at scale and support growth with governance and secure, reliable solutions.
