## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead strategic analytics to drive growth, profitability, and market position for Capital One. You'll collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to shape product and pricing strategies, and to improve credit performance through data-driven insights. You'll manage and mentor analysts, own major initiatives, and influence cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution to deliver measurable business impact.
