## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end ML engineering efforts to deliver AI/GenAI solutions across USAA's businesses. You'll collaborate with data scientists and partners to design and implement ML models, data pipelines, and API-driven services in cloud/on-prem environments. The position emphasizes mentoring, technical leadership, and shaping ML patterns at scale to enhance member service. You'll work in a mission-driven, values-oriented culture with flexible work options and cross-functional impact.
