## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the embedded firmware development for Schneider Electric's next-generation products, driving technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration. You'll own the firmware lifecycle from concept to production and shape the roadmap for AI-enabled, secure, and efficient systems. You'll mentor a team of firmware engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions for power products and EcoStruxure platforms. This is a pivotal role in advancing sustainability through innovative digital energy management.
