You'll collaborate with product and UX teams to translate ideas into production-ready code and design scalable systems. You'll work on integrating multi-modal models and automating processes, with a focus on performance, reliability, and user impact. This is a hands-on opportunity to help drive AI-enabled capabilities across products in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineers to deliver scalable, production-ready code * Design and develop internal and potentially customer-facing agents to automate processes * Integrate multi-modal models into the product pipeline for analysis and automated ML-driven reports * Build system designs prioritizing scalability, performance, and storage * Work with QA to create automated validation for a validation features * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments * Ensure stability and performance of production systems with minimal user impact * Estimate effort for new projects (in tokens) * Follow coding standards and full software development lifecycle best practices Tasks * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent) * Strong experience with Java backend development * Experience building React web and/or mobile applications * Comfortable with AI-assisted development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude, MCPs, feedback loops) * Ability to write clean, readable code independently (without AI assistance) * Solid understanding of system architecture and design * Experience with web services (REST and/or WebSockets) * Experience with data storage systems: SQL, Key-value stores, Document databases * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) * Proficiency with Git version control Key requirements * ## Description Experteer Overview In this role you will build scalable backend software in Java for ADT customers, shaping how AI and automation are embedded in products and engineering workflows.
