* Strong Healthcare domain knowledge and understanding of AWS native services and tools

 * Expertise in planning and monitoring of products in Scrum, Kanban
 * Customer focus with ability to lead and communicate effectively with business (non-IT) and technical stakeholders
 * Advanced problem-solving and analysis capabilities

## Description

As a FHIR Integration Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, maintaining, and validating healthcare interoperability solutions leveraging HL7 and FHIR standards. You will be a valued member of the healthcare technology team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to support interoperability and analytics modernization initiatives.

In this role, you will:

 * Focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery.
 * Lead efforts in driving the program implementation and ensuring that all roadblocks are tracked and removed for smooth program management.
 * Lead, develop and engage in the next line for enhanced productivity on the job
 * Provide focus and direction to the delivery program for meeting the strategic intent and satisfaction of the stakeholders.
 * Have deep experience and skills collaborating effectively with multiple groups and stakeholders
