Preferred Qualification + Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification + Experience supporting an Agile Release Train or SAFe implementation at enterprise scale + Experience supporting VHA, EHRM, or comparable federal health informatics programs + Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) deployment or post go-live operations ## Description Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner of federal health agencies. We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery as the VA transitions to a modern EHR. The Scrum Master is the facilitator for the delivery team, ensuring the team follows agile processes and practices and promoting Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. This task order requires the Agile Release Train design to be staffed from within the requirement and calls for lean-agile practice to meet changing expertise requirements across Planning Intervals while maintaining team stability and performance.
