This role bridges business and technology teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user experience across our eCommerce platform. The analyst will drive performance optimization initiatives, support incident root cause analysis, define system requirements, and collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions. The role will also serve as a key contributor to performance strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across the B2C platform.
