## Description

* Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. * Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. * Configure and support Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes. * Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation solutions. * Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation. * Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, user requests, and system performance concerns. * Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and integration tools. * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. * Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials. * Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
