+ Bachelor's Degree in computer technology, + 3 plus years of experience in related field
 + IAT-II Certified (SEC + Preferred)
Highly Desired Skills

 + Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
 + Experience working in DoD system such as JWICS, NIPR, SIPR, or NSANET environments.
 + A+ or Network+ certifications a plus as is experience with networking and operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows).

## Description

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking to hire a an individual to manage a Service Desk supporting a Government customer in the Washington, DC area. The selected individual will be responsible for management of a Team of administrators supporting an SCI-level service desk.
