## About the Role

* Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.\n
 * Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Design, or related discipline and 8-12 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 6-10 years of relevant experience.\n
 * Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, human-factors engineering, or related field and proficiency with UX design tools\n
 * Experience designing user experiences for enterprise applications or platforms.\n
 * Experience conducting user research and usability testing.\n
 * Experience with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).\n
 * Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and information architecture principles.\n
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.\n
 * Proven experience with Section 508 accessibility standards.\n
 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.\n
 * Experience in developing and implementing customer success plans.\n
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n
 * Strong analytical skills and experience with user and customer analytics.\n, n
 * Active TS/SCI clearance.\n
 * Experience supporting UX design for data platforms, analytics tools, or AI/ML systems.\n
 * Experience working in secure or multi-enclave environments.\n
 * Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular).\n
 * Experience contributing to design systems and UX standards.\n
 * Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.\n
 * Portfolio demonstrating UX design work across complex systems.\n
 * Experience in service portfolio and service catalog management.\n
 * Experience designing within classified or multi-security enclave environments.\n
 * Knowledge of FINOPS and cost/benefit analysis for service investments.\n
 * Experience in designing and maintaining knowledge management systems.\n
