Experteer Overview You will drive customization and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet client needs, focusing on Customer Service and Sales. You'll influence architecture and best practices across projects, leading design and development efforts within cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, code quality, and scalable patterns in a cloud-enabled environment. You'll work with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust CRM solutions, leveraging Power Platform and .NET technologies for impactful outcomes. Support * Engage with Azure Cloud services and DevOps practices to enable deployment and delivery * Work with Power Pages/Power Portal and custom .NET/C# portals where applicable * Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, feedback, and demonstrations of progress * Support continuous improvement and best practices in CRM implementations and integrations * Possibly participate in Agile/Scrum workflows and Azure DevOps activities Tasks * 8+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM customization experience * Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Sales * Proficiency with Dataverse, Plugins, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Web Apps, Function Apps * Strong .NET/C# development experience including Web Services * Extensive experience in application architecture, design, and Dynamics 365 implementations * MVC framework and multi-tier architecture experience * Experience with Azure Cloud services and DevOps (desirable) * Experience with Power Pages/Power Portal aaaaaaaaa
