You lead development efforts, mentor junior staff, and ensure secure, compliant solutions across PaaS, SaaS, and COTS integrations. You will work on high-impact systems with agency-wide reach, enabling data-driven decision making and process improvements. This role offers a chance to shape the technology architecture and drive modernization in a public safety-focused agency.
