What makes you stand out: * Proven ability to translate into non-tech and sell a vision successfully to both IT and Business stakeholders * Demonstrated ability to align business objectives with IT strategy by translating complex insurance operating model requirements into clear, actionable architectural roadmaps that drive business transformation, operational excellence, and scalable platform modernization. * An understanding of Insurance Broking, Risk Management or Employee Benefits processes and solutions * Experience in large scale application rationalization programs. * TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Certification ## Description * Within your first 3-12 months you will evaluate existing projects, assess the required business capabilities, drive target landscape, and create roadmaps that delivers the necessary functionality to drive the business * Participate in the design and buildout of MMA's business unit Enterprise Architecture group, including architecture review standards, key principles and core processes.
