This position requires the ability to coordinate across technical and programmatic teams, manage cybersecurity schedules, assess risk, and support accreditation efforts for both developmental and fielded systems., * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 8+ years of cybersecurity, RMF, Information Assurance, or A&A experience supporting DoD or government programs. * Experience supporting RMF and A&A activities using eMASS and related cybersecurity compliance tools. * Strong knowledge of NIST 800-series publications, DoD RMF guidance, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity compliance requirements. * Active Secret Clearance. * Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications * Current DoD 8570/8140 certification (Security+, CISSP, CAP, CASP+, or equivalent). * Experience supporting Department of the Navy, NAVWAR, SPAWAR, or other DoD cybersecurity programs. * Familiarity with VRAM, DADMS, DITPR-DON, Configuration Management, Continuous Monitoring, Security Control Assessments, and vulnerability management programs. * Experience supporting cybersecurity process improvement, automation, system integration, testing, and fielding efforts. Clearance Requirements Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment. To learn more about the security clearance process please access this link. ## Description We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst / Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities across multiple Department of the Navy (DON) systems and programs.
