## Description

Experteer Overview You will drive data-driven insights as part of Walmart's personalization marketing data science team. You will source data, build and validate predictive models, and deploy scalable analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness. You'll translate business needs into data strategies and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing colleagues to influence decisions. This role blends statistics, programming, and data engineering to solve real-world retail and marketing problems at scale. A strong impact comes from delivering measurable improvements in acquisition, churn, and channel optimization.
