## About the Role

* US based candidates only, we prefer candidates in Miami, FL
 * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
 * 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting
 * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and with web design tools (Figma)
 * Experience in the most common web platforms - Shopify, Webflow, Wordpress
 * Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative projects
 * Adaptable, forward thinking, open to embracing AI through smart prompt engineering
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
 * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 * Creative thinker with a passion for design, innovation, and learning
 * NOTE: We will only accept and review qualified candidates from the US and with submitted portfolios. International candidates or submissions without a portfolio will be ignored

## Description

* Design and produce a wide range of digital creative assets, including websites, landing pages, performance creative (ads) for our clients
 * Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns
 * Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure designs meet strategic objectives and brand guidelines
 * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our creative offerings
 * Manage projects (usually no more than two simultaneously) from concept through completion
 * Meet with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis providing project updates on status, design progress, design reviews
 * Stay updated on the latest trends in design and technology to keep Kreativa Group at the forefront of the industry
