## About the Role

* 7+ years of backend or full stack software development experience.
 * Expert-level Java 21 or Java 17+ development experience.
 * Extensive Spring Boot experience, including Spring Data, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
 * Strong experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
 * Advanced knowledge of software design patterns and system architecture principles.
 * Strong SQL skills with database performance tuning experience.
 * Experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI practices.
 * Hands-on experience with Kafka and distributed messaging systems.
 * Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
 * Experience with API gateways or service mesh technologies.
 * Background in application performance tuning and security hardening.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17+/Java 21 and Spring Boot.
 * Design, build, and scale microservices-based applications.
 * Develop RESTful APIs and implement secure, reliable backend solutions.
 * Design and support Kafka-based messaging and event-driven architectures.
 * Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems and improve application performance.
 * Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
 * Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and architecture discussions.
