## Description

* Daily Security Operations: Review and execute Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), resolve break-fix incidents, and process formal change requests.
 * Infrastructure Modernization: Facilitate the decommissioning and recurring refresh of End-of-Life (EOL) network and firewall hardware.
 * Compliance & Governance: Implement and maintain security controls and configurations to ensure alignment with IRS, FBI, and CJIS security standards.
 * Firewall & Network Administration: Perform technical configuration, rule management, and troubleshooting for Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewall appliances.
 * Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (Zones, Security Policies, Site-to-Site VPN, NAT, and Threat Prevention).
 * Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA Firewalls (Configuration, troubleshooting, rule management).
 * Strong foundational knowledge of general networking protocols, routing, subnetting, and the OSI model.
