In this group, Senior Associates and Vice Presidents play a crucial role in deal execution, offering an accelerated path to responsibility and direct client exposure. + Deal Execution: Work closely with clients and deal teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings, and derivative transactions. + Client Relationship Management: Produce and present ideas at client meetings as an active member of the deal team.
