CEDIA of AVIXA (InfoComm) certification is a plus. IT background and basic programming experience valued. Must be fit to apply - able to lift 100 lbs, work 8-10 hour days, and safely operate ladders, man lifts, saws, and drills. Clean driving record required. Background check and drug screen required. Benefits: 4 x 10-hour shifts | Overtime available, vacation, and cell allowance after 1 year. ## Description The Role: The Level II Installer works independently, handling service calls and portions of larger installations without supervision. You read schematics, manage rack construction, and ensure every job meets AVExpert's high standards. This level aligns with CEDIA IST and AVIXA CTS standards and typically spans 1 to 3 years before advancement to Level III. What You'll Do: You will deliver neat, labeled wiring and communicate field challenges proactively to clients and the office. You are expected to understand up to 70% of our product line - how devices function, how they are configured, and how they are installed for long-term reliability.
