Experteer Overview Lead a portfolio of cloud-native, full-stack projects within Capital One's Enterprise Platforms Technology group. You will guide a team of developers delivering distributed microservices and cloud-based solutions that meet regulatory needs and empower millions of Americans. You'll stay ahead of tech trends, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers to accelerate software delivery with modern tooling. This role blends hands-on development with strategic leadership, shaping how Capital One builds scalable, secure platforms. Your work will advance developer productivity and enable impact at scale.
