Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Epic EHR design, implementation, and optimization across Health First IDN. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to align Epic systems with business needs and regulatory standards. You drive performance improvement through data reporting, advanced configuration, and proactive enhancements to ensure secure, reliable, and user-friendly Epic applications. You will work with cross-functional partners on upgrades and change management, delivering measurable impact in end-user experience and efficiency. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role with a clear impact on healthcare delivery and compliance.
