## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a diverse team of technicians and engineers to deliver data center capacity and build out new facilities at scale. You drive operational excellence across delivery, security, and safety, collaborating with internal teams to align with AWS infrastructure goals. You'll optimize deployment strategies and oversee service methodologies, ensuring reliable, cost-efficient connectivity for customers. This is a chance to shape critical global infrastructure in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with a strong focus on mentorship and continuous improvement.
