Experteer Overview As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the backend of a mission-critical Order Management System used in Capital Markets trading platforms. You will collaborate with senior developers to refine design, coding standards, and production support practices. You will analyze issues via logs, SQL queries, and UNIX commands, and implement fixes and enhancements to OMS components. This role blends hands-on core Java development with debugging, testing, and lifecycle activities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will grow domain knowledge in trading systems while delivering reliable backend solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Develop, test, and maintain backend components using Core Java * Fix bugs, implement minor enhancements, and handle OMS-related support items * Analyze issues using logs, DB queries, and UNIX commands * Collaborate with senior developers on design and standards * Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution
