## Description

Experteer Overview As Application Support Manager in Houston, you ensure stability and performance of a portfolio of custom business apps, lead incident lifecycle from triage to resolution, and align IT with business goals. You act as the main liaison among IT, developers, and business leaders to meet critical SLAs, while guiding a team to improve operations and reduce recurring issues. The role blends hands-on production support with leadership and collaboration across build, run, and governance activities.
