You will configure AI/ML infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments and own end-to-end ML workflows, from data preprocessing to production support. The position offers exposure to sentiment analysis and agentic AI to enhance member service. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive impactful, technically rigorous projects that align with business goals.
