## About the Role

+ You have strong communication and customer service skills and can explain technical concepts to non-technical users

 + You are organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple support requests and priorities effectively

 + You are collaborative, coachable, and willing to continuously learn new technologies, software applications, and support processes

 + You can make sense of complex technical issues and efficiently problem solve for successful outcomes

 + You assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup, system access, and technology deployment

 + You help maintain IT inventory, documentation, knowledge base resources, and standard operating procedures, + Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

 + One or more years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or IT support role preferred

 + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard business technology tools

 + Basic understanding of LAN and WAN networking concepts

 + Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting

 + Basic understanding of cloud-based systems such as Microsoft 365 administration and user account management

 + Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools preferred

 + Experience with Applied Systems Epic or similar agency management systems preferred

 + Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of company information, Associates, 1-2 Years
