## About the Role

ETL Database Tester Phoenix, AZ Onsite position We are currently looking for an experienced ETL Database Tester to support a large enterprise data platform initiative. Strong preference for candidates who have previously hands-on experience testing complex data warehouse and ETL environments.
Required Skills: * ETL Testing experience in enterprise environments * Strong SQL and database validation skills * Experience with data warehouse testing * Data mapping, source-to-target validation * Test case creation and execution * Defect tracking and reporting * Experience working with large-scale data migration or integration projects * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred: * Financial services or payments industry background * Experience with Informatica, Ab Initio, DataStage, or similar ETL tools * Exposure to cloud data platforms is a plus
