## About the Role

+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
 + Minimum of 4 years' experience in network administration or a similar IT role.
 + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Active Directory is required.
 + Experience in cabling and fiber terminations is a plus.
 + Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware.
 + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 + Strong organizational and communication abilities.
 + Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle records check

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Intune, Azure, and Active Directory. Candidates with hands-on experience in cabling and fiber terminations will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities

 + Install, configure, and support local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and network segments.
 + Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.
 + Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies.
 + Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud resources and services.
 + Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, authentication, and permissions.
 + Perform regular network maintenance, including firmware updates and patch management.
 + Maintain documentation of network configurations and standard operating procedures.
 + Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cabling, including fiber terminations (preferred).
 + Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to support organizational technology needs.
 + Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
