This is a highly customer-facing role responsible for driving technical delivery, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring successful deployment of Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). Unlike a traditional project management role, this position requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to lead conversations around software architecture, system functionality, integration strategies, testing approaches, and deployment readiness. This individual will act as the first point of contact for customers regarding technical questions, issues, and delivery concerns, helping resolve challenges proactively before they escalate to leadership teams. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical expertise, customer-facing communication skills, and delivery leadership experience. They should be comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment across development and field teams, and ensuring technical priorities are effectively executed throughout the full project lifecycle.
