Do you excel at leading cross-functional teams through technically challenging programs with real business impact?, * 10+ years Program leadership experience: Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through production in fast-paced hardware development environments. PMP certification is a plus

 * Strong organizational and analytical skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
 * Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
 * Technical foundation: Background in hardware or controls engineering (electrical, software, mechanical, or systems) or equivalent experience enabling effective partnership with technical teams and participation in technical discussions
 * Product development lifecycle expertise: Experience driving products through the full development lifecycle, including design, validation, regulatory certification (preferred), and manufacturing scale-up

## Description

* Own and drive complex product development programs: Lead a portfolio of programs ranging from focused tactical initiatives to multi-year, company-wide efforts, ensuring delivery against technical, schedule, and business objectives
 * Program-level decision ownership: Frame tradeoffs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive alignment when priorities compete
 * Executive and stakeholder communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership and external partners to drive decisions, provide program visibility, and escalate risks proactively
 * Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align priorities and streamline execution
 * Manufacturing readiness and scale: Drive programs through NPI, manufacturing handoff, and production ramp, ensuring design, supply chain, and operational readiness
 * Tools, process, and systems optimization: Leverage tools such as Jira and enterprise data systems to improve program transparency, execution discipline, and cross-team collaboration
 * Risk management: Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks early; lead mitigation planning and execution across teams
