## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or 4 years' equivalent experience).
 + Proven experience in systems analysis, application design, and software development.
 + Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
 + In-depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
 + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 + Experience leading technical teams or managing software development projects is preferred.
Preferred Skills:

 + Experience with database management systems and data integration.
 + Knowledge of system architecture, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
 + Familiarity with agile or hybrid development methodologies.

Applications Programmer / Developer
Overview:
The Applications Programmer / Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex software applications. This role involves defining system scope and objectives, developing detailed specifications, and overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The position also includes leadership responsibilities, such as directing and reviewing the work of other technical staff and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all deliverables., + Analyze and define system requirements, objectives, and specifications for assigned projects.

 + Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
 + Prepare detailed technical specifications from which programs are developed and maintained.
 + Develop or modify procedures to solve complex technical problems, taking into account system capacity, operating time, and desired results.
 + Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure system functionality, reliability, and compliance with requirements.
 + Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to other analysts and programmers.
 + Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion and user satisfaction.
 + Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members to define requirements and implement system enhancements.
 + Maintain full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis and programming.
