Experteer Overview As a Software Engineer Lead in PNC's Lending Technology group, you will guide delivery for large-scale modernization of the collections tech stack while remaining hands-on. You'll shape technical design, drive epics and features from planning to implementation, and provide architectural direction. The role blends leadership with active participation in analysis and execution, offering exposure to innovative technologies and transformative initiatives.
