Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and integrate embedded software for RF quantum sensing systems, working hands-on across hardware and software to ensure reliability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems that impact production performance. You mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight while operating with substantial independence. The position sits in Colorado Springs and involves laboratory work and travel. This is a mission-driven role that blends software, hardware interfaces, and RF/DSP challenges to enable secure sensing capabilities.
