## Description

TEKsystems currently has an IT Support Specialist opportunity available with one of our growing client sin Eden Prairie, MN. This will be on-site in Eden Prairie, MN and start as a 6 month contract to hire. This person will be tasked with providing onsite and remote support to end users. Ideally looking for someone that can support tickets level 1-3 and even has some knowledge or experience of the networking/systems space. This person would also get the opportunity to help on a variety of projects during their time here. The role supports end users while helping maintain core IT infrastructure and business technology systems., * Provide Help Desk and desktop support

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

 * Support network administration and infrastructure
 * Manage company devices and endpoint support
