## Description

Desktop Support Analyst Provides hands-on technical support for end users in Windows-based environments, including desktop/laptop deployment, PC imaging, workstation setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, SharePoint administration, and Microsoft 365 support. Responsible for preparing and configuring devices, onboarding users, resolving access and application issues, and ensuring a smooth desktop experience. Based on general knowledge.

Typical responsibilities:

 + Image, configure, and deploy Windows desktops and laptops

 + Set up workstations, peripherals, docking stations, monitors, and printers

 + Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint

 + Perform basic SharePoint administration, user access support, permissions management, and site support

 + Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, login, connectivity, and hardware issues
