## About the Role

* Hands-on experience building with AI tools. Claude, ChatGPT (OpenAI API)
 * Proficiency in one or more of our core stack: React, JavaScript, Java, .NET
 * Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing codebases (not greenfield only)
 * Familiarity with agentic workflows, prompt pipelines, or AI-assisted tooling in a production context is a strong plus

Soft Skills

 * Strong written and verbal communication. Must be able to talk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Comfortable operating in ambiguity; self-directed with minimal hand-holding
 * Asks the right questions to fill in requirement gaps rather than waiting to be told
 * Pushes back constructively when something doesn't make sense and comes with an alternative

Domain Experience

 * Experience delivering internal tooling or automation (not just product-facing work)
 * Background working within enterprise tech environments or cross-functional delivery teams is a plus
 * Comfortable working in existing codebases without a full architecture handoff

Core Requirements

 * Available PST business hours, 9 AM-5 PM, full-time (40 hrs/wk)
 * Strong AI tool proficiency (not theoretical, must have shipped something with it)
 * Able to own work end-to-end: from requirements clarification through delivery
 * Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1 or higher), Notes: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. Kindly submit your application and CV in English.
