## About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Mid-Level to Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up and wants meaningful ownership over both the technology and the product., * 4+ years (Mid-Level) or 7+ years (Senior) professional software engineering experience

 * Strong experience building production web applications
 * Experience with Python and modern backend development
 * Strong React and TypeScript experience
 * Experience designing RESTful APIs
 * Experience working with PostgreSQL
 * Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS
 * Comfortable working in startup environments
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills
 * Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar as part of daily development

Responsibilities

 * Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications
 * Develop scalable backend APIs and services
 * Build modern React-based user experiences
 * Collaborate directly with the founder to shape product direction
 * Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering best practices
 * Build integrations with public and third-party data sources
 * Develop analytics dashboards and reporting experiences
 * Participate in architectural decisions as the platform evolves
 * Leverage AI-assisted development workflows throughout the software development lifecycle
 * Help scale the engineering organization as the company grows
