Required Experience REQUIRED EDUCATION: · A minimum of a BA or a BS from an accredited university or college in management, communication, education leadership or administration, early childhood education, child development or related degree. Masters' degree preferred. The position is remote with travel up to 50% as assigned. JOB SUMMARY: The System Specialist (SS) **** has significant knowledge in Local, State, and Regional Early Childhood Systems to support our Head Start Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) team in Region II. The SS participates in regional teams to identify cross-system coordination between the Office of Child Care (OCC), the Office of Head Start (OHS), Head Start Associations, and State Preschool/Public Education Systems within the Region.
