## About the Role

You don't need restoration experience to apply. We can teach the technical skills. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Requirements:

 * Valid driver's license with a good driving record
 * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
 * Ability to work in physically active environments, including standing, bending, and moving equipment
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills
 * Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software applications
 * Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
Experience in construction, maintenance, restoration, moving, landscaping, military service, warehouse operations, or other hands-on trades is a plus but not required.

## Description

* Responding to water, mold, fire, and storm damage emergencies
 * Driving company vehicles to customer job sites
 * Assessing property damage and assisting with mitigation plans
 * Setting up and monitoring drying equipment and other restoration tools
 * Performing demolition and removal of damaged materials
 * Packing, inventorying, and storing customer belongings when necessary
 * Documenting job progress using mobile technology and software
 * Communicating professionally with customers and teammates
 * Working safely while maintaining a high standard of quality
