Nice To Have * AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent). * Experience with Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, or other CCaaS platforms. * Experience with ServiceNow and automated remediation solutions. * Understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and operational resiliency. ## Description Miratech is looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer - Platform Operations to support and optimize AWS infrastructure powering Amazon Connect and enterprise cloud platforms. This role combines AWS Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Automation, and Observability to deliver highly available, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
