We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on platform modernization, service integration, and enhanced employee experience. In this role, you will lead initiatives that advance Mastercard's people technology ecosystem, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
