Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience with HL7 v2.x, Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), and healthcare integrations. Hands-on experience with FHIR (R4 preferred), REST APIs, and JSON/XML. Strong knowledge of interface development, message transformation, routing, and troubleshooting. Experience integrating with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) is preferred. Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7, CCD/C-CDA, X12, and DICOM is a plus. Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and API integration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
