## About the Role

## Description

We are seeking a JIRA Developer / Administrator to support a long-term DISA program in Rosslyn, VA. This role will support system integration, API connectivity, agile processes, and ITSM-related efforts within a secure enterprise environment.

This is a strong fit for someone with experience supporting technical integrations, workflow configuration, agile environments, and enterprise service management tools., Support JIRA administration, configuration, and workflow management
Assist with integrations between systems using APIs
Support agile process alignment and tool improvements
Help improve ITSM-related workflows and system connectivity
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and program teams
Troubleshoot tool, workflow, and integration issues in a secure environment
