Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, other providers, office staff and coworkers. * Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and, or complaints. Work Environment: * Fast-paced community health center setting, potential exposure to infectious diseases, interaction with diverse patient population. ## Description The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for the hardware and software functionality of all active computer terminals and peripherals, correction of computer problems, installation of approved software programs, and PC maintenance.
