Experteer Overview In this role you will lead large, strategic software efforts at Optro, shaping scalable SaaS features end-to-end. You'll mentor engineers, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering to deliver customer-focused improvements. Expect a mix of backend and frontend work, from API design to SPA development, within a fast-paced, learning-driven environment.
