## Description

Experteer Overview Lead a global support team ensuring reliability and performance of mission-critical scheduling applications used across media operations. You collaborate with IT, stakeholders, and vendors to uphold uptime and drive improvements. The role combines people leadership with hands-on incident, change, and problem management to support content scheduling and enterprise functions. You will shape monitoring, reporting, and optimization efforts in a fast-paced media environment.
