## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a call center or servicing environment.

 * Shaw Systems / Shaw Spectrum experience strongly preferred, including workflows, forms, and GUI configuration.
 * Experience supporting servicing, collections, or originations platforms within a financial services environment preferred.

Education

 * High School Diploma or equivalent required
 * Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Skills & Abilities

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL (2019/2022) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
 * Ability to analyze metrics and assess operational impact.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
 * Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.

## Description

* Oversee the daily operations and administration of the Shaw Spectrum Platform and related contact center systems.
 * Manage system configuration including workflows, forms, data points, screens, activities, and user-defined fields.
 * Administer and support core servicing technologies, including:
*

 + Shaw Spectrum (Collections module and servicing tools)
 + Payment solutions (e.g., Speedpay, MoneyGram, XTCM)
 + Repo, remarketing, and skip-tracing software platforms
 * Provide troubleshooting, system support, and issue resolution for hosted and on-premise applications.
 * Partner with Loan Servicing, Originations, and other business units to optimize workflows, improve efficiencies, and support operational goals.
 * Analyze system usage, metrics, and business needs to recommend and implement technology-driven solutions.
 * Support special projects and system enhancements as assigned.
