The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. ## Description The IT Project Manager is expected to be able to accomplish the following: + Lead enterprise-level IT portfolio planning, coordination, and governance. + Develop, maintain, and optimize the IT investment portfolio roadmap. + Analyze project proposals to ensure technical, strategic, and financial alignment. + Facilitate portfolio review boards, prioritization cycles, and executive briefings. + Provide visibility into portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics. + Monitor cost, schedule, and performance across IT programs and projects. + Conduct business case analysis to support investment decisions. + Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, operations, finance, and leadership. + Ensure compliance with organizational policies, federal IT governance, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise architecture standards. + Provide advisory support on maturing portfolio processes, tools, and reporting frameworks., We are seeking a IT Project Manager to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency's Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III).
